Job Summary
Deal blackjack, roulette, craps, and baccarat games while ensuring bets are placed correctly and handling player payouts and exchanges. Enforce casino rules and regulations for your assigned table, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to maintain an entertaining environment. Monitor table monies at all times and demonstrate proficiency in math skills to determine winners and handle financial transactions. Maintain current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws, internal controls, and policies, obtaining a Mississippi Gaming Permit as required. Maintain game pace and foster friendly internal and external customer relations through enthusiastic support and active promotion of superior customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months to one year in a customer service environment
- Ability to monitor monies of the table at all times
- Proficient in math skills to determine winners, losers and/or handling financial transactions
- Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures
- Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit
