Greet guests upon arrival, maintain a professional and courteous atmosphere, and handle transactions for buy-ins, payoffs, and markers. Show skill in dealing the assigned game, take losing bets, and pay winning bets following rules and procedures. Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, verify fills and credits, and notify the Floor Supervisor of any irregularities in play or transactions. Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, notifying the supervisor of guest needs including cocktails and host services, and verifying identification for guests under 30 years of age. Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department while exemplifying our core values, family-style service, mission, vision, and DEI culture.
