Job Summary
Deal live games with efficiency and professionalism while exchanging paper currency for playing chips. Ensure wagers are placed before dice are thrown, announce totals, compute odds, and pay winning bets while collecting losing ones. Fill tables by receiving and verifying chips, maintain steady game speed, and check guest identification for those under 30. Report any irregularities to supervisors and protect game security. Requires Nevada Gaming Control Board registration, three months experience on dice and blackjack, and ability to communicate in English. Full-time swing shift with $1,000 retention bonus at Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino.
Required Qualifications
- Experience dealing games
- At least three months experience on dice, blackjack games and all games dealt
- Nevada Gaming Control Board registration
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations
