Create and maintain a fun-filled, entertaining environment by providing accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games. Adhere to all company policies, state regulations, and facility requirements while calculating odds quickly to pay winning bets and collect losing bets. Perform precise chip and cash transactions, ensure game security, and protect company assets. Enthusiastically promote superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards. Successfully pass an audition and complete dealer school, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Obtain a Maryland Lottery License. Required Qualifications
- Must successfully pass an audition to determine the performance levels and abilities
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of dealer school / program required
- Must be able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License
Desired Qualifications
- Previous dealing experience preferred
- Knowledge of multiple table games preferred; Blackjack/Craps or Blackjack/Roulette
