Job Summary
The Casual Table Games Dealer is responsible for fostering customer loyalty and engagement through direct interaction and exceptional service. Key responsibilities include exchanging chips for cash, calculating odds, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. The role requires passion for customer service and proficiency in multiple table games, including Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, along with a Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License. Dealer training and a minimum of one year of dealing experience are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- One year or more of dealing experience
- Properly trained and licensed
- Strong mathematical skills
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions
- Responsible for compliance in conducting games

- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and prior training in two or more table games
