Job Summary
The Dealer is responsible for dealing table games as assigned to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for guests at Bally's Casino. Responsibilities include dealing one or more games, maintaining department standards of games productivity, handling cash, exchanging customer currency for gaming tokens, and depositing cash in the drop box. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with proven dealer knowledge and experience on multiple games and a basic understanding of current house procedures.
