Job Summary
Supervise staff and management in the table games department while supporting operational goals and monitoring performance and profit objectives. Coordinate scheduling with the manager to ensure guest satisfaction, assist in the budget process by providing recommendations and reporting concerns, and work with shift managers to implement strategies for customer service, comping, games layout, revenue growth, and expense management. Account for chips, cards, dice, and gaming equipment; verify table inventories and manage table limits. Maintain continuous inspection of cards and dice for security, monitor chips and cash transactions between dealers and customers, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Address team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances while promoting superior customer service in accordance with department standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates Degree (A.A.) in related field
- one-year experience in Table Games
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Excellent skills in both written and oral communication
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word)
- knowledge of Table Games operating systems
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Must have knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games Operations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
