Job Summary
Staff, schedule, and train all Table Games team members while monitoring performance to ensure operations comply with State, Tribal, and Federal rules. Handle guest disputes, manage Title 31 documentation, and advise leadership on casino play or irregularities. Maintain confidentiality of records and assets, interface with other departments to enhance profits, and enforce department policies across the gaming floor. Requires a Washington State Class III Gaming License, five years of table games experience, and ability to obtain and retain the license. Full-time role with regular attendance and potential weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of five (5) years of Table Games experience
- Three (3) years of Floor Supervisor or Shift/Assistant Shift Manager experience
- Working knowledge of all games on gaming floor
- Working knowledge of blackjack basic strategy
- Working knowledge of advanced strategy as recognized by the casino
- Good working knowledge of all Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel computer software
- MS Suite
- Minimum of 21 years old
- Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
