Job Summary
Stimulate business and develop quality players through direct guest interaction while supervising table games employees to ensure optimum service and technical proficiency. Observe play integrity, relay operational data to upper management, and mediate conflicts between staff and guests. Create training modules, build rapport with support departments, and identify organizational opportunities for implementation. Ensure strict adherence to gaming regulations, Title 31 requirements, and all laws. Requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience in table games, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress casino environment. This role supports the Table Games Department at Downstream Casino Resort, a Quapaw Nation enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma
- 3-5 years of experience in sequential levels of table games operations in a supervisory capacity or more
- Complete knowledge of all table games policies and procedures
- Complete working knowledge of inter-departmental procedures and activities that occur daily
- sound computer skills and literacy with Microsoft windows applications
- Must be able to analyze computer generated reports on various table games products/programs
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations and be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and carry up to 15 pounds
- Able to bend, reach, twist, and grip items while working at assigned table
- Operate in a mentally and physically stressful situation
