Job Summary
Conduct assigned table games including Blackjack, Mississippi Stud, and I LUV SUITS accurately in accordance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and property procedures. Maintain control of game pace, protect wager integrity, and enforce table limits while calculating payouts and handling chips, cash, and markers per approved procedures. Provide a professional gaming experience by explaining rules to new players, monitoring for problem gambling, and reporting irregularities such as cheating or disputes immediately to supervisors. Exchange chips, verify fills, and maintain accurate table inventories while communicating effectively with floor staff and surveillance teams. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a level II Missouri Gaming License
- Ability to successfully complete a basic math test
- Adequate gaming skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated punctuality
- Demonstrated reliability
- Adherence to gaming license requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a background check
