Job Summary
Engage guests by sharing product passion and creating memorable experiences while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Contribute to a culture of responsibility by ensuring strict compliance with RSA and RCG/RSG regulations. Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations. This hands-on role involves manual handling and lifting, such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Candidates must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications and possess flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends.
