Job Summary
Lead TAB projects from initiation to completion in Hawaii and Guam, ensuring quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Oversee TAB Technicians in NEBB procedures, HVAC systems, and equipment operation; review, certify, and approve TAB reports and field measurements for compliance; manage equipment calibration programs to meet NEBB and project requirements; represent the company at project meetings and direct day-to-day field operations.
Required Qualifications
- Current NEBB Certified Professional (CP)
- Current AABC TAB Engineer (TBE)
- TABB TAB Supervisor certification in good standing, with the ability to obtain NEBB CP certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4+ years of supervisory TAB experience.
- AS degree in Engineering Technology and 6+ years of supervisory experience in TAB or building systems.
- 8+ years of TAB experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
