Job Summary
Ensure service level agreements and obligations are met by applying in-depth process and service knowledge. Co-own the development of standard operating procedures to drive standardization and simplify processes. Provide input for training materials and ensure compliance with policies and data protection laws. Analyze and report on exceptions while offering recommendations for process improvements. Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team. This role requires experience in shared service organizations, process design, and business requirement gathering.
