TA Supervisor

Conduct daily recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent for the organization. Partner closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and recruiters to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Manage candidate communications and oversee candidate management processes while maintaining high standards of customer service. This full-time service delivery role is based in Shanghai at Haisu Plaza and supports the talent acquisition team within Dentsu's global Integrated Growth Solutions.
