Job Summary

Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple functions and geographic regions, personally conducting interviews for leadership and business-critical positions while partnering with hiring managers. Manage requisition workloads and recruiting capacity planning, then monitor KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity to drive optimization of workflows and systems. Lead recruiting governance meetings to review hiring progress and operational risks, ensuring compliance with policies and employment regulations. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing market intelligence and hiring strategy recommendations to align workforce planning with business objectives. Mentor recruiting team members and establish trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers through regular 1:1s and end-to-end recruitment support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including experience leading complex hiring programs across multiple business functions or geographies
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume, technical, professional, and leadership hiring initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent market mapping, workforce planning, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and hiring managers
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing recruiting metrics and workforce data to drive decisions
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global hiring across multiple regions and countries
  • Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting teams
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, talent analytics, and recruiting automation tools
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise ATS platforms
  • Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting technologies
  • Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruitment Marketing
