Manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and broader EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers in Ashbourne and Belfast to define recruitment strategies. Source active and passive candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews, assess candidates, build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, monitor recruitment metrics, support employer branding and recruitment marketing, and act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders to ensure smooth, inclusive talent acquisition processes in a multinational environment.
