Job Summary
TA Product Manager to drive strategy, roadmap, and continual evolution of Workday Recruiting within Fidelity’s Talent Acquisition platform. Own feature launches and platform-wide improvements for the TA function; partner with Technology, governance and internal stakeholders to translate user needs into Workday solutions, manage prioritization and sprint planning, and ensure successful enablement and adoption of new features across Fidelity teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience driving iterative delivery rooted in feedback and customer learning
- Proven ability to proactively identify customer challenges and opportunities for Workday enhancements
- Strength in brainstorming creative solutions and sharing options for challenges surfaced by TA
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive backlog prioritization and guiding sprint planning
- Proven track record leading and partnering on platform rollouts and adoption efforts
- Resilience in navigating ambiguity while maintaining progress and clarity
- Develop partnerships with internal teams such as Technology, TA and governance groups
