Job Summary
Execute Workday recruiting processes for job requisitions, stakeholder support, system integrations, quality audits, and reporting. Manage virtual and in-person scheduling, interview logistics, and travel needs while processing talent lifecycle activities, data updates, and operational requests accurately. Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters as needed, ensuring compliance, audit, and recordkeeping standards are met. Maintain process documentation, identify gaps, and support testing of new workflows and service models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve service quality. Bachelor's degree required with one year of HR or shared services experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in HR, Talent Operations, Shared Services, Employee Services, Learning Operations, or related operational work
- 1 year using a TA technology SAAS product
- Experience following established procedures, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting high-volume operational activities
- Strong communication, customer service, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HR, workflow, reporting, and service management systems
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Systems experience in Workday, Yello, First Advantage or similar
- Experience supporting reporting, data validation, process documentation, knowledge management, or continuous improvement efforts
- Experience supporting projects, programs, stakeholder communications, or system/process implementations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or global/shared-service environments
