Job Summary
TA Operations and Analytics Partner responsible for designing and governing end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes across EMENA & GBI, driving data analytics, reporting, and process transformation. Partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leadership to ensure recruitment and HR operations are efficient, data-driven, globally aligned, and capable of supporting evolving workforce needs. Oversees TA operating models, SOPs, governance, automation of recruitment workflows, data strategy, dashboards, workforce insights, and HR transformation initiatives across global regions, translating strategic priorities into scalable process solutions and actionable analytics to enable an optimal employee lifecycle and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or similar
- Experience with HRIS / ATS systems required
- Advanced Excel / Power BI / reporting tools preferred
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition operations, HR operations, or HR analytics
- Experience working across multiple regions / global scope
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong project management skills
