Job Summary
Build and execute Inito's hiring roadmap aligned to business growth priorities by forecasting workforce demand and developing strategies across product, engineering, clinical, and commercial functions. Own the full recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding while implementing structured assessments and optimizing sourcing channels. Lead a high-performing TA team through capability development and performance management, acting as a strategic advisor to founders and hiring managers. Establish scalable processes, track hiring dashboards, and provide competitive intelligence on compensation and talent trends. Strengthen employer branding through employee advocacy and campus initiatives to build robust talent pipelines for deep-tech and healthcare environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven experience leading hiring in startup / product / consumer tech / healthcare / medical device environments
- Experience managing technical, commercial, and leadership hiring
- Strong expertise in recruitment strategy, talent market mapping, employer branding, and hiring analytics
- Demonstrated experience building and leading TA teams
