Job Summary
Conduct component and product integration while managing product and systems requirements flow down. Drive validation and verification activities, including system level testing, and define requirements for module, component, and subcontractor teams. Manage interface between components and execution organizations, executing assigned projects with ownership of cost, schedule, and program deliverables. Resolve customer inquiries aligned to contractual deliverables and coordinate cross-functional team meetings to ensure collaboration. Provide cost account management and facilitate program leadership reviews, technical expert visibility, and chief engineering approvals. Lead assigned international programs and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Systems engineering
- U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status
- Ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person
- Ability to successfully complete a drug screen
- Subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing

- Demonstrated Systems Integration background with previous Engineering Program Manager experience
- Experience with requirements management and requirements flow down
- Ability to guide and influence others
- In-depth understanding of Systems Engineering Process and tools
- Experience with gas turbine engines and aircraft integration
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
