Job Summary
The T3 Technology Support Associate I provides exceptional service and support to EquipmentShare's internal and external customers across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities include maintaining professional relationships, offering technical support for the T3 Platform, and ensuring accurate response to customer inquiries. Candidates must possess excellent listening, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively within various programs. A high school diploma is required, with an Associate's Degree or higher preferred. A commitment to collaboration and a positive customer experience is essential.
