Job Summary
Lead and mentor testing teams for functional, regression, automation, and non-functional testing on large Temenos T24 projects within the Private banking domain. Review business requirements and system specifications to define test approaches, scope, and plans while managing data, environments, and defect lifecycles. Collaborate with BA and Dev teams to drive upstream software quality and proactively raise risks and recommend solutions. Manage status reporting and defect management across multiple teams using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Requires 14+ years of T24 experience, including expertise in fees, taxes, SWIFT messages, and regulatory reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24 projects in the Private banking domain
- Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure
- Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan
- Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals
- Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams
- Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions
- Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions)
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in test lead role for T24 projects, preferably with Private Banking
- Good knowledge of Fees & Taxes
- Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains
- Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output
- Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports
- Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types
- Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE
- Understanding / Experience of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive Automation in projects
- Agile planning tools – JIRA, Confluence
Desired Qualifications
- Good know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage
