Job Summary
Conduct maintenance on Ballot on Demand Printers, including troubleshooting, job uploads, re-imaging, and quality control. Coordinate training and staffing of temporary T-Techs for Ballot Replacement Sites, ensuring they are current on procedures. Manage inventory tracking for outgoing and incoming equipment, perform post-election supply audits, and recommend reorder quantities. Work in the Command Center during the election cycle to assist workers and field staff with technical issues. Distribute T-Tech supplies, maintain inventory of phones and badges, and account for item returns. Requires three years of experience in computer/network maintenance and successful completion of Secretary of State Election Officer Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of work experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, applications support, or related, similar support
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must successfully complete the next scheduled Secretary of State Election Officer Certification
- Must be eligible to vote in Arizona
- Must pass applicable background screening
- Must be able to work in an indoor office environment
- Must be able to lift, pull/push up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend and reach to resolve troubleshooting issues
- Must pass a pre-employment background and/or fingerprint investigation as required by statute or policy, including drug and alcohol testing requirements for positions designated as safety-sensitive
