Job Summary
Associate Director in Workforce Transformation within Deloitte India’s Human Capital practice leads business development and client delivery across Compensation & Benefits and broader HR transformation. Responsibilities include market mapping and pursuit leadership, shaping a client value proposition, managing large accounts, mentoring analysts and consultants, developing change management strategies, expanding client relationships, and contributing to thought leadership. Key skills include compensation & benefits program design/management, incentive design, performance management, project management, senior stakeholder management, and hands-on use of data modelling and MS Office. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning organizational change with client goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree from Tier1 B Schools
- Strong experience of 10-15 years in Compensation & Benefits program design / management, incentive design / management, Performance Management, etc.
- Analytical mind-set
- Proficiency in MS Office and data modelling skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology
- Excellent academic credentials
