Job Summary
Manager in Change Management and Communications responsible for designing audience-centric change communications, blending narrative design with creative writing and storytelling craft to translate transformation agendas into clear, persuasive narratives. Collaborates with Visual Designers/Change Specialists to ensure communications are meaningful, memorable, and drive behavior change; develops change campaign messaging, leadership talking points, town halls, scripts, and intranet/toolkit content; engages stakeholders and clients to refine approaches; contributes to end-to-end campaigns, reusable assets, and capability-building in storytelling, internal communications, and digital learning; requires 6-9 years of experience in change communications, instructional design, or related roles, with familiarity of ERP/enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce) and tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, SAP Enable Now.
