Job Summary
Manager to design, develop and deliver Salesforce solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization; lead a multi-member team, handle client communications, and drive delivery while ensuring adherence to Deloitte quality standards. Requires strong knowledge of Salesforce features (Lightning/LWC/AURA/LDS), integration (SOAP/REST), DevOps – CI/CD, release management, and experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds; knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce a plus; responsibilities include identifying risks, improving key processes, preparing system designs and effort estimates, and delivering client-focused demonstrations and workshops. Willingness to travel and base in PAN India; strong communication and project-management skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment
- At least 4-5 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
- Location and Way of Working: Base location: PAN India
