Job Summary
Operate heat press machines to apply DTF transfers onto garments, preparing apparel by staging, sizing, and layout of designs. Ensure correct placement and alignment before pressing, then perform quality control checks to verify prints meet company standards. Trim and prepare printed transfers as needed, fold finished garments neatly, and assist with packing and shipping completed orders. Maintain production pace to meet daily deadlines while keeping workstations clean, organized, and safe. Communicate any production issues or defects to management immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent production quality
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs when necessary
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and ability to work with a team
- Full Time – Monday through Friday
- Consistent production schedule
- 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- No prior print experience is required, but experience in apparel printing, heat pressing, or production environments is a plus
