Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management while overseeing all aspects of store operations including hiring, scheduling, training, and asset protection. Drive sales performance and ensure the store meets established goals by managing inventory, merchandising, and executing marketing initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service, assist with customer concerns, and serve as the primary point of contact for store employees. Hire and onboard individuals aligned with United Wireless values, enforce company policies, and maintain a productive, customer-focused environment. Requires 1-3 years of retail sales and management experience, flexible scheduling, and ability to stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation required
- Flexible schedule required
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management required
