Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management while overseeing all aspects of store operations including hiring, scheduling, training, and asset protection. Drive sales performance and ensure the store meets established goals, manage inventory and merchandising, and execute marketing initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service, enforce company policies, and stay current on products and leadership practices to maintain a productive, customer-focused environment. Requires 1-3 years of retail sales and management experience; hourly position with uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
