Job Summary
Store Manager at Connectivity Source/CSNation leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve sales goals in a T-Mobile Wireless Retail environment. Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, maintaining store operational standards (inventory, promotions, displays, revenue), recruiting and retaining a highly engaged sales team, driving marketing through social media and events, delivering strong sales results, and ensuring a professional store experience for employees and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
