Job Summary
Coach, train, and develop your team daily while maintaining operational standards for inventory, revenue, promotions, displays, and the store environment. Recruit, interview, and retain a highly engaged sales team, then drive marketing efforts through social media, networking, and outside events. Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound, and take care of both employees and customers professionally. Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
