Job Summary
Coach, train, and develop your team daily while maintaining operational standards for inventory, revenue, promotions, displays, and store environment. Recruit, interview, and retain a highly engaged sales team. Drive marketing efforts through social media, networking, and outside events to deliver exceptional sales results. Lead by example in sales, customer experience, and operations to ensure your store is the best at CSNation. Requires open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
