Job Summary
Lead a store team as a CSNation Store Manager for a T-Mobile retail location, driving exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, recruiting and developing staff, and executing marketing and promotions. Responsible for coaching and mentoring employees, overseeing operations (inventory, displays, revenue, promotions), and ensuring a high-energy, customer-focused environment across a multi-store footprint. Must guide sales strategy, store performance, and team development while representing the brand and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience. Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
