Job Summary
Lead a high-energy T-Mobile Retail Store as Store Manager for CSNation, driving exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals. Responsible for coaching and developing the sales team, recruiting and retaining top performers, maintaining operational standards (inventory, promotions, displays, and store conditions), and executing marketing efforts via social media, networking, and events. Demonstrates leadership in store operations, sets a strong example in sales and service, and fosters a fun, competitive culture. Provides training and guidance to employees to ensure a premier store experience and consistent results.
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
