Job Summary
Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Oversee visual merchandising, ensure displays meet company standards, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment. Provide guidance on sales and customer service strategies, help team members use store systems, and monitor key performance indicators to drive financial performance. Assist in controlling store expenses, manage discounts appropriately, and ensure compliance with retail procedures and operational guidelines. Lead by example to foster a positive, high-performing team environment focused on customer loyalty and seamless solutions-oriented service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
