Job Summary
Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance. Manage customer wait times to ensure a smooth and efficient in-store experience. Stay up to date on products, services, and leadership best practices. Provide guidance on sales and customer service strategies. Support store maintenance, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure displays meet company standards. Enforce United Wireless policies and procedures. Monitor key performance indicators and control store expenses. Assist team members in using store systems and tools. Contribute to achieving store sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals. This hourly position includes uncapped commission potential. Flexible schedule required for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
