Job Summary
Lead the store team by coaching Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions, manage wait times, and maintain a seamless, solutions-oriented experience. Monitor performance indicators, control expenses, and manage discounts to drive financial results while upholding United Wireless policies. Support store maintenance, visual merchandising, and retail procedures to ensure efficient use of store systems and communications. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, and the ability to stand for long periods with a flexible schedule.
