Job Summary
Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Provide guidance on sales strategies, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with retail procedures and operational guidelines. Monitor key performance indicators to drive financial performance and control store expenses. Assist team members in using store systems and tools, and maintain a clean, organized environment. This role supports the company's mission of earning customer loyalty and fostering a customer-first culture within a high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
