Job Summary
Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and drive financial performance by monitoring key performance indicators. Manage customer wait times, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with retail procedures and operational guidelines. Support store maintenance, assist team members with store systems, and help achieve store sales and customer satisfaction goals. This hourly position offers competitive pay with uncapped commission potential. Flexible schedule required for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
