Job Summary
Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Oversee visual merchandising, ensure displays meet company standards, and support store maintenance to keep the environment clean and organized. Drive financial performance by monitoring key performance indicators, controlling store expenses, and managing discounts appropriately. Uphold United Wireless policies and procedures while helping team members effectively use store systems and communications tools. Assist the Store Manager in fostering a customer-first culture that promotes core values and ensures every customer has a seamless, confident, and solutions-oriented experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
