Job Summary
Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Oversee visual merchandising, ensure compliance with retail procedures, and support store maintenance to uphold company standards. Drive financial performance by monitoring key performance indicators and controlling store expenses. Assist team members in using store systems and tools. This role requires a flexible schedule for full-time employees and is open to those with 1-2 years of customer service experience. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience
