Job Summary
Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance while managing wait times to ensure efficient in-store experiences. Oversee visual merchandising, store maintenance, and system usage, ensuring compliance with retail procedures and United Wireless policies. Monitor key performance indicators to drive financial performance and control store expenses. Assist team members in achieving sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals. This hourly position offers competitive pay with uncapped commission potential and includes health, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits for full-time employees at one of the nation's fastest-growing wireless retailers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
