Job Summary
Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and monitor key performance indicators to drive financial results. Manage customer wait times, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with retail procedures and store systems. Support store maintenance, control expenses, and enforce United Wireless policies while helping the team achieve sales and satisfaction goals. This role requires a flexible schedule for full-time employees, with competitive hourly pay and uncapped commission. Based at a Duluth, MN location, you will contribute to a fast-growing wireless retailer committed to empowering team members to reach their potential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
