Job Summary
Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and drive sales performance while managing wait times for a smooth in-store experience. Oversee visual merchandising, ensure store compliance, and support team members with sales strategies and system usage. Monitor key performance indicators to control expenses and contribute to achieving store sales and customer satisfaction goals. Assist in controlling store expenses and managing discounts appropriately while upholding United Wireless policies. This hourly position offers uncapped commission potential and includes health, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
