Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager at Connectivity Source for T-Mobile, responsible for administrative duties, keeping promotions and pricing up to date, maintaining audit-compliant facilities, and coaching the store team to achieve sales and customer-service goals. Leads with Store Leader to execute initiatives, supports in-store operations, and ensures a positive customer experience. Requires ability to move/lift up to 25 pounds and maintain available scheduling across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
- Is able to perform administrative duties and lead store initiatives
- Able to move up to 25 pounds
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred
