Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager at Connectivity Source (CSNation) leading store-level initiatives to drive sales, customer experience, and promotional execution. Key duties include conducting store administrative tasks, keeping promotions and pricing up to date, maintaining audit-compliant facilities, assisting the Store Leader in executing sales/service initiatives, and coaching team members in partnership with the Store Manager. The role requires bold, energetic leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on achieving sales goals while delivering a great customer experience. Must be available mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays and be at least 18 years old; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
