Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager at Connectivity Source for T-Mobile Wireless Retail; responsible for store leadership, ensuring excellent customer experiences, achieving sales goals, managing promotions and pricing updates, maintaining audit-compliant facilities, and coaching staff alongside the Store Leader. Training will be provided to prepare for growth into Store Manager, with opportunities for advancement, incentives, and comprehensive benefits. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and delivering a high-energy, customer-focused environment in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
