Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager at Connectivity Source responsible for administrative store duties, keeping promotions and pricing up to date, maintaining facilities for audit compliance, and coaching/leading staff to execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives. Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds. Requires open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Will work with the Store Leader to observe and coach employees; training will be provided to ensure success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment focused on growth, promotion opportunities, and a high-energy team atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
