T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager

Conduct administrative duties at the store and keep all promotions and pricing provided to the sales team up to date daily. Maintain facilities for audit compliance and assist the Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed. This role requires the ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is open to new hires only, excluding promotions, with a starting pay range of $20 to $24 per hour plus bonuses and spiffs.
